LSVT BIG Therapy for Parkinson’s
At Therapy Care Rehab, we proudly offer LSVT BIG —a proven, research-based physical therapy program designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions.
LSVT BIG focuses on training patients to use bigger, more purposeful movements to improve their ability to walk, balance, and perform everyday activities. This intensive, one-on-one program helps retrain the brain and body to overcome the slow, small movements caused by Parkinson’s.

LSVT BIG stands for Lee Silverman Voice Treatment – BIG. Originally developed for speech therapy (LSVT LOUD), the “BIG” program applies those same principles to physical movement—encouraging large-amplitude, high-effort movements that translate into real-life mobility improvements.
